Counseling For Life Transitions
COUNSELING FOR LIFE TRANSITIONS
In therapy, we work with what you feel in the moment, about yourself and your life circumstances.
You may feel anxious or depressed. You might be struggling to cope with, divorce, death, grief, intimacy, sexuality, chronic fatigue, pain, a lack of joy and energy, and/or conflicts at work or in other relationships.
Perhaps you feel hopeless, burnout, sad, or angry.
Maybe you are soothing yourself with alcohol and/or other drugs and recognize the need to deal with your consumption.
YOU WANT TO MAKE A TRANSITION IN YOUR LIFE
Therapy helps you understand and accept yourself. You will find it easier to do what is good and right for you and feel equal and comfortable with the people you associate with. Life will get better within yourself and with others.
Individual therapy can help with depression, grief, stress, anxiety, separation, divorce, illness, burnout, and a lack of self-esteem.
Emotions that are unexpressed drain your energy. Therapy gives a new understanding that can lead to change and development.
In our work, I will start with the issue that is affecting you the most. Therapy is an opportunity to focus and feel what is happening right now. In the moment it may hurt, make you scared, or feel discouraged. Ultimately it will allow you to make decisions and create the change that is true to you.
